The roots of the company trace back to 1914, when the first scales for weighing materials were manufactured. In the beginning the business was part of Raute Corporation and later part of Raute Precision and finally 2006 Lahti Precision after ownership and name change. Decision to go into the glass batching plant business is more than 40 years old. In 2018 the business was transferred to Lahti Glass Technology. Since then Lahti Glass Technology has proudly been part of ZIPPE group and continues to serve existing customers and new ones.
